Refund Policy
Every item on our website is described by both photo & written description. If a question remains prior to purchase, please email. Goods, once purchased online, are considered a confirmed sale.

Resolution of Differences
We are happy to discuss and attempt to resolve any difficulty a client may have, but if resolution cannot be achieved by mutual agreement, the matter will be resolved by reference to the applicable law in the State of South Australia, Australia.

Shipping and Handling
Every item dispatched by us is in good condition and adequately packed for delivery. If damage occurs in transit, please consult Australia Post.

Insurance and Tracking
All parcels are able to be tracked, to have insurance, you must now buy this separately when you decide on postage method.

Damage in Transit & Claims
All orders are sent by your preferred method - we give you a varied choice of Satchel, Express Post or Courier Post. If damage should occur in transit, please notify Wiccan Wizard by Email. Please keep all original packaging.

We will have the damaged item(s) picked and replacement shipment sent to you. Under international agreements, the right to claim compensation is limited. The sender of a parcel has a sole right to compensation, which ceases when the parcel is delivered to the addressee. The addressee has sole right to claim compensation after accepting delivery of a parcel. Either the sender or addressee may waive a sole right to the other or to a third person. Where an addressee thinks that some of the contents of a parcel is missing, or damaged, he/she must notify the local delivering authority immediately. The parcel including the wrapping and packaging must be taken to the delivering authority's office for inspection. If these requirements are not observed the insurance company may refuse to consider any compensation claim.
